Pivo Nova is an innovative brewing development and services team that delivers the best-tasting, lower-alcohol, lower-calorie beers on the market through brewery and brand partnerships.

Established in 2016

  • As a family of craft beer lovers, homebrewers and scientists we wanted to drink more craft beer, on more occasions, without the consequence and burden of higher alcohol and calories on our lives. 

  • We were not satisfied with the existing low-ABV craft experience. No compromise on flavor, aroma, body, mouthfeel, head-foam, color. This was a big, innovative brewing challenge.

  • Through many years of development, incorporating capabilities of commercial facilities and academic fermentation science expertise, we’ve achieved a proprietary brewing process that allows us to brew great tasting craft beer that has little-to-no alcohol impact on your body and mind.
